Custom built photo activations located
across Canada in multiple retail locations to showcase
Nike’s newest Air Max sneaker.

We were approached with the concept to help celebrate Nike Air Max’s 30th anniversary with an engaging marketing campaign running simultaneously across Canada. With less than one month to pull it off, we had to design and implement our Photobooths in three different locations.

Yorkdale and Eaton Centre in Toronto, Ontario and Metrotown in Burnaby, Vancouver.

Event Goals

Posing with an oversized model of the Air Max 720s, guests would take photos using a photo booth, and share online using #JustGoBigger. Tagging @itsmaysmeme — a popular fashion meme Instagram page — would also give guests the chance to be featured in one of her stories. The plan was to operate the event in multiple shopping centres across the country on the same day.

 

Event Solution

Although each location varied slightly, the overall concept remained the same. We custom designed photo booths with the specialty of shooting from a low position - changing the perspective and emphasizing the size of the model Air Max 720s.

 Every aspect of our photo booths were custom branded towards Nike. Guests immersed themselves with the brand and shared these branded images on their social media feeds. They were also able to take home an enveloped print.

With the interactive nature of this Photobooth activation, guests needed no convincing to share their Nike branded images online. The automation of our Photobooth makes the experience as simple as possible for guests, while exceeding the client’s expectations.
