What’s actually in it for MDRN?
We keep a majority share of booth revenue in exchange for covering all cost, risk, and operations. You get a new income stream with zero investment. We get placement in high-traffic venues. Both sides win. That’s the whole point.
How much space does the booth take?
Our enclosed booths fit into roughly a 6’ x 6’ footprint, but we have configurations for tighter spots and larger ones. We’ll assess during the site walk and recommend what fits your venue.
Who handles repairs, restocks, and tech issues?
We do. Completely. You never touch it. Our field ops team services every installed booth on a regular cadence, and we’re on-call if anything goes sideways.
Can the booth be branded to my venue?
Absolutely. Custom wraps, custom photo templates, your logo on every print and share. The booth should feel like part of your brand, not an add-on.
What kind of venues qualify?
Bars, restaurants, nightclubs, hotels, malls, entertainment venues, retail destinations, and event spaces in Ottawa and Toronto. We look at foot traffic, demographic, and how the booth would integrate into the customer experience.
Is there a minimum contract term?
Yes, but it’s reasonable and flexible. We’ll walk you through the agreement on the call. No surprises.
Who handles refunds if a guest has an issue?
We do. If a guest has a problem with a session, the refund is handled entirely by us. You never have to process a refund, field the complaint, or get involved. It’s our booth and our responsibility, start to finish.
